1. Services Provided

Ecobloom Service provides sustainable garden design, consultation, planning, and implementation services. All projects are customized based on client needs and site conditions.

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property and requirements
• Obtain any necessary permits or permissions for garden work
• Provide access to the property for site assessment and implementation
• Make timely payments as outlined in your service agreement

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Typically:

• A deposit is required to begin design work
• Progress payments may be required for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional charges

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and concepts created by Ecobloom Service remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon completion of payment, clients receive a license to use the designs for their property.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ecobloom Service shall not be liable for:

• Plant failure due to factors beyond our control (weather, pests, etc.)
• Changes in site conditions after project completion
• Client-provided materials or plants
• Unauthorized modifications to the design

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms will be specified in your service agreement. Typically:

• Cancellation within 48 hours of scheduled work may incur a fee
• Design fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Material costs may be refundable if materials haven't been purchased

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore.
